Production : duality France / China

We take any kind of orders from sample to serial productions.

Our production site in China completes our flexibility and the mastering of our process by validating the tools , producing prototypes and serial batches. Our production site is all set up by all control means for our activity :rubber control, dimensionnal control and also a 100 % automatic control.

Our moulding processes : injection, compression, transfer moulding, bi-material bonding.

3S' Process : moulding of large seals with high tear resistance. Our high value products are French made.

Material moulded : NBR, EPDM, HNBR, VITON, PU, Silicone, FFKM, etc...
